Skilled therapy can offer a highly effective follow-on regimen to a qualifying hospital stay for conditions including strokes, heart attacks, surgery, broken bones, joint replacement, & respiratory illness. When difficulties take place, our clinical staff, including our certified Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, are available to help you regain independence, mobility and function at your own pace.
Long-Term Care
Our long-term care residents receive nursing care while still enjoying daily opportunities to stay active, social, and engaged. We assist residents with everyday tasks such as medication administration, personal hygiene, self-care, and laundry services, while also coordinating healthcare services tailored to individual needs. Our team strives to create a warm, comfortable environment that promotes dignity, safety, and independence.
